Admin Dashboard

The Admin Dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of your chatbot's performance, usage metrics, and billing status. Access it from Admin > Dashboard in your admin panel.

Billing Overview

At the top of the dashboard, four cards display your billing status at a glance:

Plan Card

  • Displays your current subscription plan (Free, Professional, Premium, or Enterprise)
  • Shows your monthly subscription cost

Overage Credit Card

  • Your available credit balance for overage charges
  • Top Up button appears when credit is below half your monthly price
  • Badge indicates whether overage is enabled or disabled

Monthly Queries Card

  • Current query count for the billing period
  • Progress bar shows usage relative to your plan limit
  • Displays your plan's query limit

Payment Card

  • Shows Active badge if a payment method is on file
  • Shows None badge if no payment method configured

The dashboard displays alerts based on your account status:

Charts and Visualizations

User Status (Pie Chart)

Breakdown of confirmed vs unconfirmed users. Confirmed users have verified their email addresses.

Active Users (Bar Chart)

User activity trends across three time periods:

  • Last 24 hours
  • Last 7 days
  • Last 30 days

Chats Created (Bar Chart)

New conversation trends showing chat creation volume over:

  • Last 24 hours
  • Last 7 days
  • Last 30 days

Messages (Pie Chart)

Distribution of messages between:

  • User messages - Questions and inputs from users
  • Assistant messages - AI-generated responses

Votes (Pie Chart)

User feedback on AI responses (only shown when votes exist):

  • Upvotes (positive feedback)
  • Downvotes (negative feedback)
  • Overall positive rate percentage in description

Usage Trends

A time-range selector allows viewing historical usage data:

A bar chart shows the Top Tables by size in your database.

Using the Dashboard Effectively

  1. Monitor usage regularly - Check the Monthly Queries progress to avoid unexpected overages
  2. Track usage trends - Use the Usage Trends charts to identify patterns
  3. Track user engagement - Use the Active Users chart to understand usage patterns
  4. Review feedback - Monitor the Votes chart to gauge response quality
  5. Manage storage - Keep an eye on storage usage to optimize costs
  6. Maintain data freshness - Check the "Updated" metrics to ensure your knowledge base is current
